Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Hi5 Biz Solutions LLC, doing business as Hi5 Success ("Hi5," "we," "us" or "our"), collects, uses and shares information when you visit hi5success.com, use our checkout and member portal pages, join a community, or otherwise use our Services. By using the Services, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us:

• Contact details, such as your name, email address, mobile phone number and business name.
• Account and profile details you add in the community or member portal.
• Purchase details, such as the plan you bought and your billing address. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Messages, questions, posts, comments, survey answers and anything you share in live sessions, chat or support requests.

Information collected automatically:

• Device and usage data, such as IP address, browser, device type, pages visited, links clicked, time on page and approximate location.
• Referral and campaign data, such as the website, ad, email or video that sent you to us, including URL parameters (for example, UTM tags) and referral codes. We use this to understand which content and campaigns are working.
• Cookies, pixels and similar technologies (see Section 5).

Information from others:

• Payment processors, community and course platforms, scheduling tools, and advertising and analytics partners may share information with us about your purchase, attendance or how you found us.

2. How we use information

• To create and manage your account and deliver what you bought.
• To process payments, renewals and cancellations, and to prevent fraud.
• To run live sessions, communities and support, and to answer your questions.
• To send transactional messages about your account, purchases, sessions and support.
• To send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
• To measure and improve our website, content, ads and Services, including tracking which channels and videos lead to sign-ups.
• To protect our rights, enforce our Terms and comply with the law.

3. Text messaging (SMS) program

• If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box or otherwise opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Hi5 Success about your account, purchases, live sessions and support, and marketing messages if you opted in to marketing. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email community@hi5success.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our messaging, such as our text messaging platform, is allowed only to provide the messaging service. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with anyone for their own marketing. We share information only:

• With service providers that help us run the business, such as our payment processor, community and course platform, email and SMS providers, scheduling, hosting, analytics and customer support tools. They may use it only to provide services to us.
• With other members, when you choose to post in a community, join a live session or appear in a recording.
• If required by law, subpoena or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Hi5, our members or others.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.
• With your consent or at your direction.

5. Cookies, pixels and analytics

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags and similar tools to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, understand where visitors come from, and measure and improve our ads. These may include tools from analytics and advertising platforms such as Google, YouTube and Meta. Affiliate links may also set cookies that credit a referral (see our Affiliate Disclosure). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of interest-based ads through the tools those platforms provide. Some parts of the Services may not work without cookies. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

6. Data retention

We keep information as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the Services, keep business, tax and legal records, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login details private.

8. Your choices and rights

• Email marketing: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Text messages: reply STOP.
• Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising, sale or profiling, and to appeal our decision on a request. To make a request, email info@h5biz.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and if you are still not satisfied you may contact your state attorney general.
• We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

9. Children

The Services are for adults using them for business. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email info@h5biz.com and we will delete it.

10. Where information is processed

We are based in the United States and process information in the United States. If you use the Services from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

11. Third-party sites and tools

The Services link to and use third-party sites and tools, such as GoHighLevel and Anthropic (Claude). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify active members by email.
