What do I get the day I join?

When does the bootcamp start, and what if I miss a session?
The 90-Day Real Estate OS Live Bootcamp starts Wed Nov 4. Sessions run twice a month for 90 days, Wednesdays at 11am CT: Nov 4, Nov 18, Dec 2, Dec 16, Jan 6 and Jan 20. Every lesson is recorded and goes into the library, so you can catch up any time. The Q&A is the only part that isn't recorded.
Will there be another bootcamp?
We run the Live Bootcamp once a year. Members can watch every replay any time, but the next live run is next year.
What's the difference between the lesson and the Q&A?
The lesson is about 60 minutes live, open to every member and recorded. The Q&A is 30 minutes live with Jacob right after, for yearly members who join by Nov 1, where you ask about your own build and your own business. It is never recorded.
Who gets into the live Q&A?
Only yearly members who join by Sun Nov 1 at 11:59pm CT. Monthly members and anyone who joins after Nov 1 get every lesson and replay, but not the live Q&A.
Do I get the Real Estate Snapshot?
On yearly, yes, free. After you join, fill out the snapshot form inside the group. We verify your membership, and you'll have it within 48 hours. On monthly, you get 50% off the snapshot if you join by Nov 1. After Nov 1, monthly members get 25% off, or 50% if they start or upgrade GoHighLevel through Jacob's affiliate link. Do I need to be techie?
No. Every step is shown in order, and you can submit your build for review if you get stuck.
Can I get a 1:1 call with Jacob?
There are no private calls. You get monthly group coaching (and the live Bootcamp Q&A if you went yearly by Nov 1), plus you can post questions in the group or send them by email. You can also submit a Loom or screenshots of your build, and a specialist replies with a video within 48 hours.
Can my assistant use it?
Yes. Your assistant or social media person can learn alongside you on your login. It isn't for sharing with other agents, though. Each agent needs their own membership.
Will my price go up?
Not while your membership stays active. The monthly price rises on Jan 1, 2027, but members keep the price they joined at. Canceling, a missed payment, or a suspension ends the price lock.
Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final, and you agree to this at checkout. You can cancel any time to stop future charges. See our Refund Policy.
Monthly or yearly?
Yearly gives you two months free compared to monthly, and the monthly price goes up on Jan 1, 2027. It includes the snapshot free, and if you join by Nov 1 it's the only way to get the live Q&A. If you're sure you'll use this, yearly is the better deal.
Is this only for solo agents?
No. It works for solo agents, team leads and brokerage owners. If you want your agents on it too, each one needs their own login, and we can set up a team license. Email community@hi5success.com to ask.
